All seating will be spaced according to state guidelines and regulations of the Oyster Harbors Club. The main course will be a plated dinner with passed hors d'oeuvres. The on-site mobile bidding will no longer necessary.
How do we get there?
Directions to the Oyster Harbors Club are available on their website. Please note, Oyster Harbors is a gated community. Your name will be provided to the front gate staff that evening. Complimentary valet parking is provided at the Club, but it is optional.
What type of items will be auctioned?
There will be both a silent auction and live bidding. This year, the Gala features items ranging from reserved parking at CCA to tickets to a Patriots game, luxurious beauty treatments, and dream vacations. There is truly something for everyone!
Will dinner be served?
The Oyster Harbors Club is renowned for both its beautiful setting and exceptional food service. A delicious plated dinner (with a vegetarian option available) will be served prior to the live auction. Additionally, beer and wine will be complimentary for the evening. Cocktails may be purchased with cash only. (Please note: The Oyster Harbors Club does not accept credit cards and there is no ATM onsite).

How is seating arranged- can we sit with friends?
Table seating will be assigned. We will make every accommodation to make sure you are sitting with friends, but if you would like to guarantee your companions, full tables are available for purchase. Feel free to bring guests from outside our current community: past CCA families, alumni, grandparents, friends, and neighbors are all welcome!

No, there is no ATM on site and all cocktails can be purchased using cash only. The Oyster Harbors Club does not accept credit cards.
How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased via the school website at www.capecodacademy.org. Ticket sales will close on Friday, May 28th.
When will I be charged for my purchase /winning bid?
Payments will not be processed automatically. CCA will be working with the event coordinator to review all purchases and bid items prior to processing any credit cards. This can take them some time depending on the size of the auction. We anticipate all credit cards will be processed by the Monday after the event.
Are there ways to be involved with the Gala?
Yes! There are many ways to participate in addition to attending. If you have goods or services that you would like to showcase as auction items, please let us know by May 10th. Volunteers are also appreciated to help with decorations and set up. Please contact Katie Newhall or Emma Flynn at advancement@capecodacademy.org for more information.
How will the live auction work?
Our live auction will look almost exactly the same as it usually does…with the exception of a few cameras for those watching from home! You can still “raise a paddle” and participate so you don’t miss out on any of the action! More details will be shared closer to the event date.
Hope to see you on Friday, June 4th at Oyster Harbors Club!
